General Administrative Directorate (GAD)

The General Administrative Directorate coordinates through its specialized staff with socio-economical, administrative and technical training the entire administrative, technical and financial-accounting activity of the University in the following fields:

• patrimonial, real property, education, management, maintenance;
• investments, capital repairs, current repairs and maintenance;
• financial accounting: management and record of all budgetary and extra-budgetary resources;
• payroll and human resources management;
• research;
• academic activities: libraries, computer networks, telecommunications, etc.;
• management of student homes and cafeterias;
• editing academic courses and publications.
