Offer includes: mapping of the building and identification of radon sources and pathways by measuring radon concentration in the ground air, in apparent cracks or around pipes, measuring radon exhalation rate from surfaces (walls, floor, ground, buried walls, buried floor, building materials); subject to each specific case: identification of radon transfer pathways by full on-site assessment and inspection with measurement equipment, analysis report and test report, including a section on remediation recommendations and recommended remediation plan according to legal requirements. The offer for other types of buildings with varying surface areas and intended use is calculated on an individual basis, based on the surface area and number of rooms. **Transportation costs (accommodation and travel)for orders located outside the Cluj metropolitan area are not included and will be covered by the client.
NOTE: 1. The fees include the cost of providing transport for sampling or covering the cost of transport if the samples are delivered by courier services, with the exceptions specified in points 1, 3, 4 and 7. The estimated price range for each category of service allows for personalised offers for customers on request, as well as the possibility to charge a lower price for a specific type of service/analysis if a larger quantity of measurements is requested or to customise packages providing promotional price offers for individuals. 2. The estimated prices for each measurement are assumed as minimum value. 3. The final price is determined by the amount of measurements/ number of samples/ collection points for each order. 4. Travel expenses (accommodation and transport) for the collection of samples or specific testing services for LiRaCC staff will include accommodation, per diem and travel expenses, with the price of fuel varying according to the type of vehicle in RON as calculated on the day of collecting the sample for analysis according to the regulations in force. All tests, measurements and assessments included in the offer may be planned and carried out only at the request of economic operators/ institutions/ natural persons affected, and only pursuant to an order confirmation/ order/ contract or other formal agreement between the economic operator/ natural person/ institution and the LiRaCC Laboratory. 6. Should other costs be involved in the performance and assessment of the sampling/ measurement, these will be borne by the beneficiaries and will be stipulated in a contract for services concluded between Babeș-Bolyai University as Legal Representative of the LiRaCC Laboratory and the beneficiaries. 7.
