Tutoring is a system and a programme meant to offer support and counselling to students in order to facilitate their integration in the higher education, offering advice in their choosing the appropriate didactic, cultural and social options that are specific for the student life and to encourage the sharing of student knowledge and skills, improving academic achievement. Students - tutoring beneficiaries
2. The aim of implementing the tutoring system is to create for the students at least the following advantages:
- optimal awareness of the manner in which they can develop academically;
- optimal use of the transferable credits system, curricular and extracurricular
- developing a sense of self-guiding and responsibility in personal and professional development
- eliminating the impression of solitude in the process of education
- improving the experience of students at the Babes-Bolyai University
- clarifying the wishes and choices of students regarding both the future training and professional outlets
- at institutional level, facilitating the development and implementation of strategies and activities with positive impact on students experience
