Students – tutoring beneficiaries
The aim of implementing the tutoring system is to create for the students at least the following advantages:
- optimal awareness of the manner in which they can develop academically;
- optimal use of the credits transfer system, curricular and extracurricular
- developing a sense of self-guiding and responsibility in personal and professional development
- eliminating the impression of solitude in the process of education
- improving / deepening the experience of students at the Babes-Bolyai University
- clarifying the wishes and choices of students regarding both the future training and professional outlets
- at institutional level, facilitating the development and implementation of strategies and activities with positive impact on students experience
