Art. 6.

(1) Criteriul principal al repartizării locurilor de cazare studenţilor este cel al performanţei în activitatea academică studenţească, definit de media anului anterior.
(2) Studenţii de anul I vor fi cazaţi pe baza mediei de la concursul de admitere.
(3) Facultăţile pot stabili criterii complementare de repartizare a locurilor de cazare, cu acordul Comisiei de cazare pe facultate, cu respectarea prezentului Regulament.
(4) Facultăţile vor stabili criterii de repartizare a locurilor de cazare alocate pentru doctoranzii cu frecvenţă.
(5) Criteriile complementare de repartizare a locurilor de cazare menţionate la aliniatele (3) şi (4) se vor înainta împreună cu listele finale de cazare la Rectorat şi la Direcţia Generală Administrativă.

Art. 12.

(1) Activitatea de cazare a studentilor se va realiza de către Comisia de cazare pe
facultate si de către Comitetul de Administrare a Căminului (la nivelul fiecărui cămin), în conformitate cu prevederile Regulamentului - cadru de cazare în căminele studentesti al Universitătii Babes-Bolyai.
(2) Comitetul de camin se va asigura ca facultătilor să li se aloce un numar proportional de locuri pe fiecare nivel al căminului care le revine.

Students representatives (prefects, deputy prefects, senators, chancellors) benefit from a 75% reduction off the accommodation price/Romanian student under the Accommodation Regulation.
