STRATEGIC PLAN (2008-2011)
Preamble
The BBU Strategic Plan (SP) for the 2008 - 2011 period defines the directions of development of the BBU for this period, taking into account the possible future development of the society in Romania and Europe for the next decade, and the development of the university as an institution in general.
The documents which constituted the basis of SP preparation were:

●The current Strategic Plan seeks to achieve a beneficial synergy between the various sectoral policies and strategies with the purpose of maintaining the BBU as a proficient and competitive university and of being granted the BBU admission into the category of World Class University.
●The current Strategic Plan displays the essential BBU options for the main fields of activity: education, research, cooperation with society and proposes supporting policies to sustain the objectives set. The SP details strategies in annual trade and Operational Plans which include detailed measures and actions at university, faculties and departments level.
