General Administrative Directorate (GAD)

The General Administrative Directorate coordinates through its specialized staff  with socio-economical, administrative and technical training the entire administrative, technical and financial-accounting activity of the University in the following fields:

 

  1. patrimonial, real property, education, management, maintenance;
  2. investments, capital repairs, current repairs and maintenance;
  3. financial accounting: management and record of all budgetary and extra-budgetary resources;
  4. payroll and human resources management;
  5. research;
  6. academic activities: libraries, computer networks, telecommunications, etc.;
  7. management of student homes and cafeterias;
  8. editing academic courses and publications.
