Therefore "the development of the human resources represents a necessary, complex, continuous process with high responsibility, reuniting actions and activities of selecting new staff and perfecting/improving the existent one. Obviously it must be correlated with a set of national and international factors, socio-economical and institutional factors, material and human factors."
Starting from these premises, BBU has elaborated The strategy of human resources development, whose strategic objectives are:
